Due to the current restrictions we are unable to operate our hop on hop off service. We will contact everyone that decided to put their tickets on hold once it is safe to re-open our operations. Please stay safe and we can't wait to welcome everyone back on the Hop It Bus.

UPDATE 1st June 2020:
We are excited to see that restrictions are starting to lift. At this stage, we will be re-assessing the situation and restrictions at the end of June. We are considering an amended service that is in line with government regulations from July. Until then, we will closely follow updates and will contact all guests that currently have tickets on hold once a reopening date has been determined.
We ask for your patience and understanding while we get our business back up and running again in a safe way!
Team Hop It
UPDATE 30th March 2020:
With the current events unfolding we had to make the difficult decision to pause our hop on hop off service for the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula. Here at Hop It, we’re confident that we’ll get through these challenging times and look forward to welcoming everyone back on the Hop It Bus.
For all future hoppers, we’re offering the following:
1. Postpone your booking and shift it to a later date in the year (you don't need to tell us exactly when yet). Send us an email with your booking code and we will place your tickets on hold.
2. We understand that many people will simply not be able to contemplate future plans and may need a refund for financial reasons. We will offer full refunds to anyone wanting to take this path.
Before you decide, please keep in mind that we are a very small family business. Jon and Sara have put everything into building the business in the past year and have welcomed many happy guests on their Hop It Busses. There is no doubt that we have already been affected by the current events and we will be feeling the effects of this for a while.
We are confident that we will get through this and hopefully give you something to look forward to when this has passed. Considering to postpone your current booking and choosing to move it to another time will be the best support you can offer us!
How we’re hopping for the next few months:
1. Our social media platforms will be used primarily to promote our partners. A lot of them are offering takeaway and delivery services and we’ll use our platform to let you know what they’re doing. Click here for Hop It’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
2. We are still accepting future bookings. We believe that it is important to have something to look forward to. If you’re not sure on a date yet, there is the option of buying a gift certificate. Please note that if your booking falls into a time that requires shifting due to COVID-19 recommendations or implications, we will help.
We really hope that as a small business we can survive this and come out even stronger on the other side. We would love to hear from you if you have any questions at all or just want to have a chat. Our lines are open and we’re here for you.
