Subject to favourable weather conditions.You can re-book your balloon flight for an alternative date or a full refund for the flight can be given. No refunds for hop on hop off tickets
This product is on request. We will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after we receive your order.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 7 days before flight: No fee charged, you can change the date or cancel the booking.

Within 7 days of flight: An extra $50 per person will be charged to change the date or we will allow a full refund minus $50 per person.

Within 48 hours of flight: NO changes can be made to the booking and NO refunds will be given.
