Exploring Victoria’s wine regions should be fun, flexible and also mindful of the places we visit. At Hop It, we care about the people, communities and landscapes that make our regions so special. That’s why we’ve built sustainability and positive impact into the way we operate, from the buses we drive, to the partners we work with, to the experience our guests enjoy.

Our Commitments

  • We’re part of the Tourism Emissions Reduction Commitment and on track to operate a fully electric fleet by 2030.

  • Our Hop It App replaces most printed materials, helping cut waste.

  • Shared transport means fewer cars on the road and a lighter footprint in the regions we love.

  • Our app is available in 10 languages with built-in accessibility features.

  • We welcome solo travellers, international guests and groups of all sizes, everyone should feel at home on board.

  • Guest feedback helps us continually improve inclusivity and access.

  • Over 85% of our venue partners are locally owned, with more than 60% led by families or women.

  • In 2024/25 our guests contributed 240+ regional bed nights, adding over $61,000 to local accommodation spend 

  • From bus hire to design work, we prioritise local suppliers wherever possible.
