Known for its inviting atmosphere and quality food, it offers a great introduction to the local dining scene. The menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients paired with local wines, making it a delightful way to unwind after your journey.
After dinner, head to your accommodation at Tuck Inn, a cozy spot that balances comfort with rustic charm. It’s an ideal base for your weekend adventures, offering easy access to the town and surrounding wineries.
Saturday Morning Breakfast and Local Shopping
Start your Saturday with breakfast at My Little Kitchen, a local favorite known for its fresh coffee and delicious breakfast options. The cafe’s relaxed vibe and quality food make it a great place to fuel up for the day ahead.
After breakfast, take a stroll through the nearby shops. Don’t miss Sophie’s Cheese Monger, where you can sample and purchase a variety of artisan cheeses. It’s a perfect stop for food lovers wanting to bring a taste of the valley home.

Hop On the Hop It Bus at 11:45 AM for a day of wine tastings
At 11:45 AM, catch the Hop It bus from outside Giant Steps Wines, which will take you on a seamless journey through some of the valley’s best wineries, removing the stress of driving and letting you fully enjoy tastings and the stunning vineyard views.
Choose from more than 10 stops, including some of our favourites:
St Huberts: Known for its elegant wines and beautiful cellar door.
Punt Road Wines: Offers a range of reds and whites with a relaxed tasting room.
Oakridge: Famous for its award-winning chardonnays and scenic setting.
Each winery provides a unique experience, from tasting rooms to vineyard walks, allowing you to appreciate the diversity of the Yarra Valley’s wine offerings.
Dinner at No.7 Healesville and Evening Wine at Barrique Wine Store
After a day of tasting, the bus will drop you off at Four Pillars for a quick visit before dinner. Then, head to No.7 Healesville for dinner just across the road. This restaurant is known for its modern Australian cuisine, focusing on local produce and creative dishes that pair beautifully with regional wines.
Before you call it a night, swing into Barrique Wine Store for a final glass. Ask for Mike, he knows his stuff, loves to chat, and will almost certainly recommend something you haven't tried yet.

Sunday Morning Coffee and Departure
Keep it simple. Grab a coffee for the road, breathe in a little more of that Yarra Valley air, and head back to Melbourne full, rested, and already thinking about next time.
