First of all, don't stress if the timetable may be too much for your eyes :)
We get it, it may have been a while since you last looked at a good old fashioned timetable. Plus, most of the time we can access train and bus times via apps so there's really no need to read a timetable.
Unfortunately for us, apps are really expensive so we're sticking with a good old timetable for now :)
TOP TIPS
Read the timetable from top to bottom
Visit venues in order of the timetable
The times in each column are the pick up and departure times
Bus loops around every hour, meaning you can spend more time at a venue if you wish
Here's an example itinerary including 4 stops, spending 1 hour at each:

Stop 1: Coombe Estate - bus arrives at 11:05am & departs at 12:05pm
Stop 2: Domaine Chandon - bus arrives at 12:23pm & departs at 1:23pm
Stop 3: Dominique Portet - bus arrives at 1:30pm & departs at 2:30pm
Stop 4: Four Pillars Distillery - bus arrives at 2:57pm & departs at 3:57pm

Hopefully the above has helped a little bit but you may still have some questions:
HOT QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED ALL THE TIME :)
Can I visit stops further down the timetable first and then go back to the top?
We don't recommend this as you'll be spending more time on the bus rather than at the wineries.
Do I need to remember the times the bus comes back around?
You'll receive a text message reminder from the driver advising you of the exact pick up time from each stop so you don't have to stress about remembering. It's best to set yourself an alarm so you don't miss the bus.
How many stops should I visit?
You'll be able to visit up to 4 stops throughout the day. For groups of 1-3 travellers that's easily doable. For group sizes from 4-7 travellers we recommend 3 stops, which includes 2x1 hour stops and 1x2 hour stop. It will feel less rushed and give you enough time to enjoy the region & its produce.
What times should I refer to when making reservations at the venues?
Please refer to the columns on the timetable. If arrival time is 12:23pm, aim for a 12:30pm booking. Please book the closest possible time slot and leave a note in your reservation that you will be arriving via Hop It.
Can I just hop off where I feel like on the day?
Planning your day beforehand and booking the venues you are looking to visit will ensure that:
You have the best day possible!
Venues are not turning you away because they’re fully booked!
You can get served straight away, making the most of your time on the Hop It bus!
Lots of people get FOMO :) and are overwhelmed once we arrive in the region if they haven't made a decision on their stops beforehand. We highly recommend that you do a little bit of research so you know what you like and what you don't like. If you're easy - head over to our other blogs for some itinerary inspiration.
Is 1 hour enough for most stops?
For tasting experiences, 1 hour is the perfect amount of time. If you're looking to have a sit down lunch then we'd recommend a 2 hour stop.
Now that you're a timetable expert - let's plan YOUR Hop It Day!
