There are soooooo many incredible places, experiences and views to take in when you visit the Yarra Valley. We've done the hard work and picked out the best places to hop off and get to know the Yarra Valley!
First Stop: Coombe Estate
Spend an hour wandering through the gardens and the residence of Dame Nellie Melba, a former world famous opera singer. This truly is a unique cultural destination that also showcases estate grown, boutique wines. Why not enjoy a tasting at their cellar door and finish off with some homemade scones with cream and jam?
Second Stop: Domaine Chandon
An absolute must visit venue and hands down the best view in the Yarra Valley. This is a stop not to be missed if this is your first time in the Yarra Valley. Enjoy a tasting at the tasting bar or choose a tasting paddle to enjoy in their lounge and bar area.
Third Stop: Four Pillars Gin Distillery
Being named 'WorId's Leading Gin Producer' 2 years in a row should be proof enough that you should definitely hop off at Four Pillars Distillery. Gin these days comes in all sorts of flavours, so make sure you give the Yuzu Gin, the Navy Strength Gin and also, our personal favourite, the Bloody Shiraz Gin a try. We promise, you won't regret it!
Fourth Stop: Boat O'Craigo Wines
This small, family run, boutique winery will not disappoint you. Try their wide range of premium estate grown boutique wines and who knows, you might even see a kangaroo hopping through the vines! This is also a perfect spot for some lunch. The wood-fired pizzas and cheese boards are absolutely delicious!
So what are you waiting for, hop on and experience these must-visit stops on our RED Yarra Valley Route!
See you on the Hop It Bus!
